A variety of veggies - chopped..
Example:  Green Cabbage, Tomato, green pepper, green onions, celery,  spinach, bok choy, cucumber, sprouts
(
mix what you like )..
Braggs Liquid Amino Acids (taste just like soy sauce without the chemicals)
Meat is optional (shrimp is a great choice)
Spices/herbs:  Parsley, Garlic, cilantro, sea salt and white or cayenne pepper to taste.
Directions:
Chop all the veggies,  mix with all the herbs/spices and put in a large frying pan..
Put soba noodles in boiling water..  about 6 minutes..
Add some olive oil and Liquid Amino Acids to the stir fry and cook briefly over a low heat to warm the veggies..
Add soba noodles, mix and remove from heat.. (keep the veggies alive -- do not over heat)
Add more Amino Acids if desired

This is a GREAT alkalizing meal that is quick and easy..

with more fiber than most people get in 3 days.
Healthy Snack

One of my favorite snacks is a mix of Goji Berries, seeds and nuts.

When I go to the health food store
theyhave bins of all natural nuts and seeds.
I like walnuts, cashews, pumpkin seeds and sunflower
seeds(unsalted)
Then I buy a bag of goji berries and mix them all up.

Not only is a great tasting snack but it gives you healthy fats and protein.

TIP
We need Healthy Fats in our
diet.. At least 5 a day
Healthy fats include: Virgin
Olive oil or better yet, Coconut
oil, nuts, seeds, avocado, and
flaxseed

Walnuts are excellent
Great Ideas for Lunch
Canned Tuna, sardines or salmon (packed in water-not oil)
One of the above fish mixed with - chopped fresh green onions and a little fresh chopped garlic.  Pickles
if desired mixed with Organic Olive Oil Mayo.

Forget the bread - this makes a wonderful salad on its own. Maybe on some fresh lettuce or topping for a
tossed salad or just on its own.

I try to eat an avocado a day during the season.
Often said to be one of Natures most perfect food.
Avocados are one of the few fruits that provide "good" fats Avocados contribute good fats to one's diet.
Ounce per ounce, the avocado has more beta-carotene, potassium, magnesium, folic acid, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin,
biotin, pantothenic acid, vitamin E, vitamin K and protein than any other fruit.
Now, that’s impressive!
